Once you have signed up to Trust Beauty you will be placed on a basic plan to start building your profile. With our basic plan you will have the opportunity to start building your reviews and online presence. Please see plans here

If you have already been added as a business to Trust Beauty you will need to claim your profile by visiting the link we sent to you via email. You will need to add your claim request code and once verified we will send you your login details for you to start building your profile.

If you have registered as a new business user on Trust Beauty, it's simple - you can follow the steps to log in to start activating your account.

Once you have logged into your account you can navigate to your “Verified status” section where you will be prompted to add the required information and documents in order for our assessment team to accept or decline you're verification.

Over 80% of consumers will purchase services or products from businesses they trust. Therefore, if you have shown you are who you say you are and have relevant information to prove this you are more likely to attract more customers and recognition online.

We have built in features to help maximise your growth through attracting more customers and sales. You can showcase your approved badges via social media and your website pages in order to gain trust from existing and future customers.

When you log in to your Trust Beauty account you will have the option to share your profile link via various platforms including whatsapp, instagram, email etc inviting customers to review and follow your page.

Keep your fans up to date with your latest news, offers and updates by colle3cting as many followers to your page as possible. As we all know, followers can enhance your public profile and show popularity, the more followers you gain the more data you will add to your business for future marketing features that we will be introducing.

You can flag any reviews you feel are untrue with a statement for our assessment team to review. Once reviewed we will accept or decline your flagged review.

Your business has been listed due to being recognised by our scouting team or recommended by a customer as they would like to see your business listed on Trust Beauty. Customers can review your company page without you claiming but we do advise you to claim your company profile as soon as possible so you can gain control.

You can achieve different statuses with Trust Beauty milestones by confirming things such as qualifications, confirmed insurance, awards, 5 star reviews, followers etc.This all enables consumers to build trust and recognise your business as a reputable, established business. You will receive different statuses and badges which are;

• ‘Trust Beauty Approved’
• ‘Rated excellent’
• ‘Most Trusted’
• ‘Most loved’

We may already provide a Trust Beauty approval if we recognise your business is already established in your industry.
